5. Orders and Pricing
When you place an order through the Site, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order after confirmation if a product becomes unavailable, if pricing or product information is incorrect, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method where applicable.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping fees, or other charges disclosed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional shipping costs or may not be eligible for return.
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in duration or quantity, and cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
6. Shipping (United States)
Advocate Health currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States only. Shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and carrier selection will be displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on state regulations or product type. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative where possible.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your Advocate Health purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, supplements, or personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
- Consultation fees, digital products, and gift cards may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
To initiate a return, email support@advacatehealth.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, product photography, page layouts, software, and the Advocate Health name and branding—is owned by Advocate Health or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and download Site content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping or booking consultations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, frame, or exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

- Resells products purchased from Advocate Health in violation of applicable law or our policies
- Uses consultation services to obtain medical diagnosis, prescription advice, or emergency assistance
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advocate Health and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, products, or consultations, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, your purchase of products, or your use of consultations shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Advocate Health for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Products and consultations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where prohibited by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent allowed.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Advocate Health and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Information you submit that is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful
- Your misuse of products or reliance on consultation content contrary to the disclaimers in Section 4
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, products, or consultations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Advocate Health is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
